We offer free shipping for all domestic orders (U.S. only) over $100. We use USPS for all our shipments.
International orders use flat rates determined by weight from DHL. The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Belleivie Rose Couture. If you are unsure of the charges, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.
We accept returns within 10 days of the original purchase date. We can refund your order in full (minus shipping) or offer you store credit. In the case you received free shipping on your order, we will subtract a flat rate of $10 to process the return for U.S. orders, and $20 for International orders. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Email email@example.com to request your return, and we will send you a return label.

Shipping costs from your original purchase are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items marked “Final Sale” may not be returned or refunded.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
